Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC is required before processing any withdrawal above ₱10,000, or within 30 days of first deposit regardless of amount. Accounts that fail KYC will be suspended pending resolution.

These are target times and may occasionally be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 777pu account holder. Attempts to redirect withdrawals to third-party accounts will be rejected and may trigger a fraud review. 777pu may request documentary evidence that the withdrawal account belongs to the registered player.
Deposits are credited to your 777pu wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. 777pu does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Bonus funds at 777pu are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is shown in its specific terms. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means ₱30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Only bets that count toward wagering are applied — check the eligible games list for each promotion.
Behaviour considered bonus abuse at 777pu includes: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using promotional funds for matched betting or low-risk hedging strategies; placing bets that are structurally designed to minimise variance while meeting wagering requirements; and sharing or transferring bonus funds between accounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
All 777pu bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the valid period will be automatically removed from your account. Wagering requirements not completed before expiry will result in the bonus balance being voided. Extensions are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at 777pu's discretion.
The 777pu Refer a Friend programme allows players to earn rewards by introducing new players to the platform. Referral rewards are only paid where the referred player is a genuine new user, completes registration with valid details, makes a qualifying deposit, and meets activity requirements. Self-referrals and referrals of household members are not eligible.

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. Where an official result is under appeal or review, settlement may be delayed until the appeal is concluded. 777pu does not re-settle bets based on subsequent rule changes unless specifically stated in the market rules.
In-play (live) betting markets at 777pu are subject to suspension at any time at the platform's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a data feed error may be voided regardless of whether the bet was accepted and displayed as confirmed.
Online sabong at 777pu is subject to the specific event rules of the hosting arena and the applicable Philippine gaming regulations governing e-sabong. Match abandonment, draw results, and no-contest scenarios are settled according to published e-sabong market rules available in the platform's help section.
The cash-out feature at 777pu allows players to settle an active bet before the event concludes, at a value calculated in real time by the 777pu pricing system. Cash-out values will typically be lower than a winning bet's full potential return. Cash-out is not always available and may be suspended during certain event phases.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support@777pu.app. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (after deducting any applicable bonus conditions) will be processed to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
777pu reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where: a player has breached these Terms; a player is found to be ineligible; suspicious activity is identified; a regulatory instruction is received; or fraud is suspected. Where closure is due to a proven Terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by 777pu without fault on the player's part, the remaining real-money balance will be returned.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet). 777pu may apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pu's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 777pu is not liable for:
